Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% pure, organic, unrefined, and imported from Greece. Our olive oil is made from organic Koroneiki olives grown and harvested in regions including Sparta, Corinth, and the Island of Crete. The smoke point on Bragg oil is 374-405°F, making it ideal for sautéing, baking, stir-frying, drizzling, and use in salad dressings.

Polyphenols are compounds in plants that help fight biotic and abiotic stressors, and there are clinical studies relating polyphenols to protection against free-radicals. The levels of polyphenols analyzed in Bragg's olive oil in 2023 varied from 360 to 479 mg/kg. Bragg's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not mixed with other oils.
